Joining the contact centre industry was not something I had planned, but like most unplanned things its one of the best things that could have happened.
Starting my contact centre career as a customer service advisor answering customer calls, I was able to learn a lot about what great service meant not only to me but to my customers, since then I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing all the great things the contact centre industry has to offer.
I was lucky enough to have great mentors and teachers along the way that helped me focus my passion for all things customer and 16 years later I find myself still working in a industry that I love and have the pleasure of sharing with a great community.
I’ve been working for moneycorp for 3 years and as Head of Customer Service I get to do something that makes me smile everyday, from interactions with our customers, delivering for the business to watching and developing our amazing people.
I know one thing for sure, although I didn’t plan to join the contact centre industry when I started I’ve since learned it’s one the best industries you can be in and I am well and truly in it to stay.
I have great leadership skills and a passion for delivering great customer service at the highest level, whilst meeting the needs of the business and inspiring those around me.
