I have been in the telecare industry for almost 20 years now and am hugely passionate about the importance of digital technology within the housing, health and care industry. Leading the UK’s largest careline service I saw first-hand how technology and innovation, coupled with empathetic and skilled teams can really transform the lives and safety of people in our communities.
Therefore, with this experience I’m always welcome the opportunity to discuss digital telecare and how together we can deliver Technology Enabled Care transformation.
I am an energetic, passionate and creative Director who specialises in improving strategic business performance through the transformation of services, business/individual and team behaviours. I also have extensive experience across multiple organisations including healthcare, charities, emergency services, housing, retail B2B, B2C and B2B2C.
I am also a Volunteer Community First Responder for South Central Ambulance a role that allows me to use my natural caring skills to support people at a time when they need it most.
Out of work I commit 20 hours a month to volunteering. I love to bake and walking my two little Shih Tzus. Family and friends time is important to me, which means travelling to Scotland regularly and travelling generally for relaxation is also key. I also enjoy cycling on my new electric bike through the Test Valley in Hampshire.
