I have been at Eurostar for 25 years in a variety of roles including Ticket Office Manager and Operations Manager in St Pancras, as well as managing our UK-based train crew.
I am currently Head of Contact Centres, and I am delivering a strategy to make sure our teams have the skills and the tools they require to easily assist those customers who genuinely need our help, through tailor-made personalised service and leveraging the right technology.
