Awards Entry Rules
When entering the UKCCF National Awards Programme, please be mindful of these rules for entry:
- An organisation can submit up to three nominations per category.
- Please submit one form per nomination.
- Each entry is permitted to submit 2 additional attachments to support their nomination (this does not include the logo and digital picture requested).
- Entry is FREE for UKCCF members. Non-members are charged as follows:
- up to 3 categories: £310 (+VAT)
- 3 – 6 categories: £330 (+VAT)
- 6+ categories: £350 (+VAT)
- Completed nominations should be submitted through our Awards Website:

- Nominations will close at 5pm on Friday 1st August 2025. Any entries received after this time will not be accepted.
- Nomination shortlist will be announced by 5pm on Friday 15th August 2025.
- Each category will have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 finalists in the final judging stages.
- Final judging stages will take place virtually from Monday 1st September 2025 – Friday 3rd October 2025.
- You will be informed of the judging schedule when the shortlist is announced. Please try to stick to the date and time given as an alternative may not be possible due to judges; schedules and fairness to other nominees.
- The winners will be announced at the Awards Gala Dinner taking place on the Friday 31st October 2025 – Venue TBC.
