Award Entry Rules

An organisation can make multiple nominations within an individual category

Entry is FREE for UKCCF members. 

The fee for non-UKCCF Members is £270 + VAT 

• Nominations MUST be completed and submitted on the UKCCF Awards Nomination forms which can be requested here: 
• You MUST supply us with your company logo, even if you have entered into the programme in recent years, please submit the most current version of your logo. 
• We ask for pictures of individual nominees for use on our website, social media, awards presentation and any other marketing that we may publish throughout the awards programme.
• Completed nominations should be submitted via our website, or emailed to: chantelle@ukccfawards.co.uk. 

Key Dates

• There are two submission dates as detailed below: 
  • Categories that require site visits: Best Contact Centre Workplace of the Year, Public Sector Contact Centre of the Year, Small Contact Centre of the Year, Medium Contact Centre of the Year and Large Contact Centre of the Year MUST be submitted by 5pm on the 28th June 2024. 
  • All other categories MUST be submitted by 5pm on 31st July 2024. (Links to submit your nominations can be found on the submissions page: )

• Once nominations close, shortlisting will take place. We will contact THE PROPOSER by email to advise if the nomination has reached the final stages by the following dates:
  • For categories that require site visits: Friday 12th July 2024
  • For all other categories: Friday 16th August  2023.
• Judging will take place In September and October, a full judging schedule will be announced shortly. 
• Judging for all categories that do not require a site visit will take place virtually. 

All winners and runners up will be announced at the awards gala dinner on Friday 8th November 2024 at the voco St. John’s, Solihull.
