The UKCCF is now partnering with Gavin Morden, the ‘Redundancy SUCKS’ Coach, to offer a range of outplacement services to support anyone who has experienced redundancy or is looking for their next role.

Gavin is an accredited Coach and Chartered Manager, who previously worked in Customer Service for more than 25 years in a variety of roles and industry sectors. Having been made redundant himself on several occasions in his career, he comes from a perspective of real lived experience.
By combining this personal experience with a bespoke coaching framework, Gavin will work with you to develop a tailored job search action plan to enable you the opportunity to take the next step in your career.

Using the ‘SUCKS’ model (Strategy | Upgrade | Connect | Knowledge | Sell), the coaching sessions will focus on clarifying motivations and goals, networking and job search strategies, skills reviews, CV assessments, interview techniques as well as support to navigate the whole process.
