Contact Centre Manager
I have worked in the Contact Centre Industry for over 20 years, developing my skills in a number of different sectors, including telecommunications, Electricity and Gas supply and most recently within the Charity Sector. Whilst my roles have been primarily focused on Customer Service, I also have experience of B2B sales both within the energy sector and as a Branch Sales Manager for a national tool hire firm. I have worked at Citizens Advice Gateshead since 2016. My current role allows me to oversee multiple local and national contracts, with over 250k customer contacts per year across inbound and outbound telephony, email and chat.
My key work focus is around developing staff and cultivating a positive and collaborative culture to ensure we engage staff in delivering the best level of service to those most in need.
