Since 2019, Kelly has held the position of Director of Contact Centres at Sainsbury’s. With over 20 years of industry experience, she has previously undertaken roles in change management, transformation, and operations across retail and financial services. Kelly has been responsible for both internal and outsourced Contact Centres, leading them through significant changes and improvements.
In addition to her role of Director, Kelly has also been the Exec Sponsor for Sainsbury’s award-winning ‘Inspire’ gender balance network, demonstrating her commitment to promoting gender equality within the organisation and across the industry.
