I’m now at CCA! I’m one of the UK’s longest serving Contact Centre & CX recruiters, having started at the UK’s first boutique ‘call centre’ consultancy in 1997.
I then spent 23 years in recruitment services organisation leading the Contact Centre division and operating across a range of disciplines, sectors and countries.
At CCA I’m employed as Client Solutions Director. and I provide Headhunting services and support our various teams all levels of recruitment to the Contact Centre, CX and Associated Industries.
Key responsibilities include business and partnership development for CCA’s, client base coupled with management of search & selection assignments and additional key account management.
I have secured and account manage a number of CCAs new front line and volume clients and support development of specialist hiring.
I can also support in the Executive Search and retained field and I have over 25 years sector experience specialising in Contact Centre and related appointments including HR and Finance.
