Head of Customer Experience

Based in the North East of England, but normally working on a national basis, I’m an experienced leader in Customer Service and customer centric operations.
I’ve led various transformational projects, in B2C and B2B businesses working collaboratively to deliver major change.

I bring impact to organisations by leading programmes of work which drive improved customer experiences at the same time as maximising operational efficiencies.

What drives me is leading and working with teams and my focus is developing the potential in any team, driving engagement, delivering on promises and being the best we can be.

I studied modern languages at Leeds University, went on to do a Masters in Engineering and Management whilst working in my first graduate job.

I’m an advocate for looking outside your own organisation and leveraging what others are doing. Why reinvent the wheel when someone’s already done that?
